As far as my sources go here is the weekend split (4 days including Christmas 25)
Telugu states – 170.4 cr gross or 93.7 cr share ( 65% recovery)
Karnataka (All versions) – 32 cr gross or 14.2 cr share (48% recovery )
Kerala (All versions nor just malayalam)- 11.35 cr or 5.78 cr share (52% recovery)
Tamil Nadu (All versions) – 16.75 cr gross or 8.25 cr share (58% recovery)
Hindi – 80 cr gross or 38.5 cr share (48% recoevery)
Overseas – 90 cr gross or 42.5 cr share (60 % recovery )
Overall – 400.5 cr gross or 193.2 cr share (55% recovery)
Will it cross 1000 cr gross ?
Chances are becoming lesser day by day . It needed good collection from non telugu states in south.
TN+ kerala + karnataka needed somewhere around 175 cr to make it easy for Salaar but it di just 65 cr gross so far so I guess it will end around 130 cr
Telugu gross should be around 320 to 360 cr gross.
Overseas will do around 200 to 220 cr gross at max .
It will all Boil down to Hindi belt especially Hindi version collections initial expectations were around 200 cr gross it already half of it. I am hopeful it will do around 300 cr gross
Salaar should end anywhere between 850 to 1050 cr gross according to me.
So 2023 biggest hit will still be Jawaan salaar chance to beat Jawaan or pathaan will purely depend on its Hindi collection.
If it does KGF2 or Gadar score 400 cr or more .
It will beat Jawaan.
